Heart to Heart Informal Match Application
embrella’s Heart to Heart mentoring program connects resource and kinship caregivers who may be in need of extra support (Mentee) to an experienced resource or kinship caregiver (Mentor).
Our Heart to Heart Mentoring Program is a voluntary program to provide you with direct peer to peer support as you connect more with our child welfare community in New Jersey.
Please note that this is an informal match, and while we aim to match you with a mentor who can offer valuable support, the mentor may not be located in your county or have specific experience in all areas you seek assistance.
