Authorization for use: By signing this document I hereby release to embrella and their affiliates, successors and assigns, and those acting under their permission or upon their authority (hereinafter collectively referred to as embrella) all rights to utilize, reproduce, copy, modify, create derivatives or otherwise use the images, likenesses, photographs, recordings, video and audio tape taken of me by embrella and any written or oral statement or communication made by me to embrella, or any artistic image or drawing created by me for embrella, regardless of the format of reproduction or utilization whether now existing or created in the future, for the purpose of inclusion in embrella’s marketing, informational, educational, contractual or fundraising or other materials.


Use of words and images: I understand that these quotes, statements, testimonials, photographs, audio and video recordings, images, drawings etc., may be used by embrella in perpetuity in whatever format chosen by embrella to promote its services, operations and/or events. I waive any right I may have to inspect or approve the finished product that may be used or to which any such items may be applied now or in the future. I also waive any right to compensation arising from or related to the use of these items, as well as any claim for damages arising from defamation, invasion of privacy or any other legal claim based upon or related to the use of my words or images.


Signature and permission: I warrant and represent that I am over the age of eighteen (18) and that I have read this release in its entirely and fully accept it terms and that I am executing this release voluntarily.

Autorización de uso: Al firmar este documento, cedo a embrella y a sus filiales, sucesores y cesionarios, así como a quienes actúen con su permiso o bajo su autoridad (en lo sucesivo denominados colectivamente embrella) todos los derechos de utilización, reproducción, copia, modificación, creación de derivados o cualquier otro uso de las imágenes, retratos, fotografías, grabaciones, cualquier declaración o comunicación escrita u oral realizada por mí a embrella, o cualquier imagen artística o dibujo creado por mí para embrella, independientemente del formato de reproducción o utilización, ya exista en la actualidad o se cree en el futuro, con el fin de incluirlos en los materiales de marketing, informativos, educativos, contractuales, de recaudación de fondos o de otro tipo de embrella.


Uso de palabras e imágenes: Entiendo que estas citas, declaraciones, testimonios, fotografías, grabaciones de audio y vídeo, imágenes, dibujos, etc., pueden ser utilizados por embrella a perpetuidad en cualquier formato elegido por embrella para promover sus servicios, operaciones y/o eventos. Renuncio a cualquier derecho que pueda tener a inspeccionar o aprobar el producto acabado que pueda utilizarse o al que puedan aplicarse dichos elementos ahora o en el futuro. También renuncio a cualquier derecho de compensación derivado o relacionado con el uso de estos artículos, así como a cualquier reclamación por daños y perjuicios derivada de difamación, invasión de la privacidad o cualquier otra reclamación legal basada o relacionada con el uso de mis palabras o imágenes.


Firma y autorización: Garantizo y declaro que soy mayor de dieciocho (18) años y que he leído esta exención en su totalidad y acepto plenamente sus términos y que la ejecuto voluntariamente.
